Biz Digital GH is looking for a HR & Administrative Manager (US) to manage remote HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management for the US team. This role also involves overseeing administrative tasks for a smooth virtual workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle remote recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and payroll remotely.
- Oversee employee engagement, training, and development.
- Support virtual administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
